Your email address when you opt in for the free lead magnet (The Wellness Audit Starter Kit) or subscribe to our list.
Your name, email, and billing information when you purchase a product. Payment card details are handled by our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal) and are never stored on our servers.

Email subscribers: kept until you unsubscribe; we may retain limited records of unsubscribe events for compliance.
Customer purchase records: retained for at least seven (7) years for tax and accounting purposes.
Site analytics: retained per the default settings of GA4, Meta, and TikTok.
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards (TLS encryption, hosted infrastructure with reputable providers, access controls). No internet transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but we work to protect your information.
9. Children
Build Your Protocol is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, email [CONTACT_EMAIL] and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” at the top. For material changes, we will notify subscribers by email or post a prominent notice on the site.
