Refund Policy

14-day, no-questions-asked on every digital product.

1. The 14-Day Window

We offer a 14-day refund window on all digital products purchased directly from buildyourprotocol.com. If you request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, we will refund 100% of what you paid — no questions, no hoops.

After 14 days, refunds are issued only at our discretion and only in unusual circumstances (e.g., a billing error).

2. How to Request a Refund

Include:

  • Your order number (in the receipt email).

  • The product name (e.g., “The 3 AM Reset”).

  • A brief reason for the refund (optional but appreciated — it helps us improve).

We aim to process refund requests within five (5) business days. Funds typically appear back on your card or PayPal account within 5–10 business days after we issue the refund, depending on your bank or payment processor.

3. What Happens to Access After a Refund

When we issue a refund, your license to the product ends. We ask that you delete any downloaded copies and stop using the content. Continued use of a refunded product is a violation of our Terms of Service.

4. Exceptions

  • Bundle refunds: if you purchased the Library Bundle and used the post-purchase upgrade flow, the refund window starts from the date of the original individual purchase (whichever is earliest).

  • Order bumps: an order-bump add-on is refundable on the same 14-day terms as the primary purchase.

  • Disputes / chargebacks: if you initiate a chargeback through your card issuer instead of contacting us first, your access ends immediately and we may decline future purchases from your account.

5. Promotional and Gifted Purchases

Free products (the lead magnet, promotional giveaways, gifts) are not refundable because no payment was made. If you no longer want a product you received free, simply delete the file.

6. Questions

Refund policies vary by jurisdiction. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the law where you live (for example, the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law). If a law in your jurisdiction grants you more generous refund rights than this policy, those rights apply.
