Why I wrote this

I started lifting heavy at 41. It rebuilt everything.

Cardio had been the answer to everything in my twenties. By 41 it stopped working. Lifting heavy three times a week — actually heavy, on a real schedule — changed my body composition, my sleep, my mood, and my relationship with food. The playbook is the program plus the reasoning. No. None of it is. I’m an operator who reads studies and runs experiments on myself, and I write down what works. Anything that requires a prescription, a diagnosis, or a clinician — that’s not what this is.

How long until I see results?+

Two to four weeks if you actually run the protocol. The decision framework gets you to the right starting point fast; the protocol gives the fix time to compound.

Will I have to buy expensive supplements?+
